Start here: how this log works

A feed instead of a portfolio grid, and why that is the more useful format.

This site is a log, not a gallery. Every project that ships gets an entry: what was asked for, what I actually did, and what it moved. Vote the ones you find useful and the feed reorders itself.

Why a feed and not a grid

A portfolio grid is a highlight reel. It shows six hero images, hides the eighteen months of decisions behind them, and tells you nothing about whether the person can think.

A feed is honest about sequence. You can see what came first, what it led to, and where something did not work. That is the part worth reading.

What an entry looks like

Each case carries the same fields, so they are comparable:

Field	Why it is there
Client	Context — an agency brief and a startup brief are different animals
Role	What I was actually responsible for, not what the credits say
Duration	Honest scope. Good work under time pressure is a different skill
Stack	The tools and disciplines involved
Outcome	The number that mattered, where there is one

Getting started

Delete this entry once you have published something real. It is scaffolding.

Head into the studio, open Cases → New case, and write the first one. A few things worth knowing:

The Body field takes Markdown — headings, lists, tables, code, images.
Preview renders through the same sanitiser the public page uses, so what you see is exactly what ships.
Cover images are re-encoded to WebP at five widths on upload. You do not need to resize anything by hand.
The Summary field is what search engines and social cards show. Left blank, it is generated from the body — but writing it yourself is always better.

One housekeeping note

Turn on two-factor authentication before you do anything else. It is under My account, it takes about ninety seconds, and it is the single biggest difference between a site that stays yours and one that does not.
